Description
The Baton and Handcuffing training is to train the officer with operational use of the Tactical Baton, Tactical Restraints. The training includes basic carrying and drawing techniques as well as defensive application procedures. Certification acknowledges that the individual officer met a competency-based standard of knowledge and performance.
